This bag is crafted from a patchwork of assorted cotton and linen fabrics, with a lining made from retro textiles produced on a vintage loom. The mannui (満縫い) technique—a signature Sashiko method—involves densely stitching across the patchwork, resulting in a fabric that is not only exceptionally durable but also uniquely beautiful. Each stitch reflects the artisan's skill and dedication, as the process is incredibly time-consuming and requires meticulous precision.
Every bag is a one-of-a-kind piece, thanks to the use of different fabric scraps in the patchwork design. You can request a preferred color scheme (default: A mix of purple tones and orange-yellow accents) to make it uniquely yours.
