Delivery usually takes 7 – 14 business days depending on your location.

Please note that custom-made or personalized items may take an extra 3–5 days to prepare.

Can I return or exchange an item if I change my mind?

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of after you receive the product (starting from the next day after the delivery), as long as the item is unused and in original condition.
