Do you ship internationally? How long will it take to receive my order?

Yes, we ship worldwide from Japan and Taiwan.
Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days depending on your location.

Please note that custom-made or personalized items may take an extra 3–5 days to prepare.

Can I return or exchange an item if I change my mind?

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused and in original condition.
However, customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
